Cool! I’m in a Starbucks in Seattle and I’m able to play on my computer and be online. It’s like the best of all of my worlds. I have my chai tea and my new laptop and get to play on the Interwebs and as soon as the HD video of Diggnation finishes downloading I’ll be able to watch that. I only paid for a day pass to get online. The day pass is $9.99, whereas a monthly plan is nearly $30. I’d never use it enough at a Starbucks to make it worth paying that and worth having a one-year contract.

I’m at the Starbucks in the University Village in Seattle. It’s kind of cool. I’ve never been here before. I’m waiting for Jared so we can go out to eat. We’re meeting at 5:30 so I had a couple of hours to kill after work. If I had driven home, I’d have had to turn right around to meet him at 5:30… and I would have been late. I got off of work at 3:30 and it takes about an hour and a half to get home in rush hour traffic. What a misnomer “rush hour” is.
Eeek, there’s a creepy guy here who talks to any young gal that sits within 3 or 4 seats of him. He looks to be about 30 and not attractive in the least. He’s flirting it up with the 20-somethings who are way out of his league. Ha!
Bah, this Diggnation download is taking forever! The High Definition version is fucking 670 MB. Argh! I’ve downloaded about 148 of it so far… and Jared just called to say he’s on his way. Oh, well. I’ll finish downloading it later I guess.
